Antoinette Denisi

Antoinette “Toni” Denisi, age 89, a longtime Stoneham resident, died on Tuesday,  February 7 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

She was born in Boston on June 22, 1933 and was the daughter of the late Alberto and Carmella (DiPietro) Denisi.

Antoinette “Toni” grew up in the North End eventually making her permanent home in Stoneham, MA.  Toni was a long time employee of the New England Telephone Company serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant.  She loved traveling through Europe, especially enjoying her numerous trips to Italy.

Toni is survived by her sister Eleanor DiCicco of Madison, CT, and by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.   Antoinette was pre deceased by her siblings Josephine Denisi, Vincenza Favaloro, John Denisi, Victoria Morris, Marie Mastrangelo, and Frank Denisi.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Monday February 13 from 4-7 p.m. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary of the Annunciation Parish, 4 Herbert St., Melrose on Tuesday February 14 at 10 a.m. Interment, Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
