Bonnie Sue Greenberg Cresta, a devoted mother, caring friend, and vibrant soul, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love and generosity that will never be forgotten. She was a mother to her two beloved children, always offering them her unwavering support and unconditional love.
Bonnie found joy in life's simple pleasures; gardening, where she nurtured beauty from the earth; and cooking, where she infused love into every dish she prepared. Bonnie loved going to the beach to soak up the sun and search for sand dollars with her family. She also was a very talented hairdresser who was always ready with life advice along with the haircut.
But beyond her hobbies and career, she was a beacon of kindness, always ready to help those who were lost, offering comfort and guidance in their darkest moments.
Despite facing struggles with her health, Bonnie's heart remained as vast and generous as ever. Her ability to love deeply and give selflessly defined her essence, touching the lives of those lucky enough to know her.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Anthony Cresta and her 2 children Tyler and Sophia Cresta, all of Wakefield, Mass. She also leaves 2 sisters, Janet Dembkoski of Falmouth, Mass. and Iris Thomas of Plymouth, Mass.
She was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Sally Greenberg of Chelsea, Mass.
Bonnie will be dearly missed, but her warmth, compassion, and the beautiful memories she created will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. May she rest peacefully, knowing she was truly loved.
A Graveside Service will be held at Forest Glade cemetery in Wakefield on Friday May 23rd at 11:00 a.m. followed by a gathering at Crystal Community Club in Wakefield at 12:00 p.m.
