David Dumais Ii

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of David Dumais II , of Stoneham MA. He passed away on September 25, 2022, at the young age of 38, after succumbing to injuries obtained while riding his motorcycle.

David was a jovial and eternally loving husband, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He shared his love of gaming, cars, firearms, and motorcycles with anyone who would listen. He was a kid at heart, who thrived on bacon, smoked meats, and his wife's love.

David was the beloved son of Deborah Hayes & Dave Dumais Sr, born on April 5th, 1984 in Lowell, MA.

David met his wife, Katlyn (Connelly) Dumais , at Target in Woburn and knew he was going to marry her the moment he met her, before even dating, and with patience and persistence, he did. They were married on May 19th, 2013 in York, ME. A place they both loved and enjoyed with family and friends, especially the quality time they spent with his mother-in-law, the late Elaine Connelly of Reading MA.

David was a long-time employee, of 12+ years, at Raytheon Technologies in Andover, MA. He held several roles during this time there and built strong friendships with many of his colleagues, one of which being his best friend & non-familial brother Chris Milligan of Wakefield, MA.

David is survived by his wife and eternal soulmate, Katlyn (Connelly) Dumais of Stoneham, MA; his loving mother Deborah Hayes and her partner Ed Kissel of Bedford, NH; his devoted father Dave Dumais Sr. and his wife Donna Dumais of Wilton, NH; his father-in-law Ken Connelly of Reading, MA; his sister and familial counterpart Candace Cooper and her husband and dear friend Matthew Cooper of Tewksbury, MA; his caring sister Leah Dumais and her fiancé Fawdina Putri of Jaffery, NH, his loyal sister Tori Hayes of Dracut, MA; his admiring brother Dylan Dumais of Wilton, NH; his brother-in-law and dear friend James Connelly of Reading, MA; and his adoring niece Cora Cooper of Tewksbury, MA.
