Denis DeStefano

Denis DeStefano, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 27th at age 67, surrounded by his loving family. He was formerly of Somerville, Massachusetts and Jupiter, Florida, Denis will be remembered for his warm heart, strong spirit, and the many lives he touched throughout his years.

Denis was a proud business owner who built and operated his own business in Florida for many years. He took great pride in his work and in the relationships, he formed along the way.

A lifelong lover of hockey, Denis enjoyed both playing the game and sharing his passion with others. He was also an avid Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins and New England Patriots fan.

Denis was the cherished son of the late Anthony and Barbara DeStefano. He leaves behind his loving sisters, Deb Iuliano and her husband, Lou, of Beverly, and Donna McCabe and her husband, Dennis, of Naples, Florida, also his nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews.

He will also be lovingly remembered by his extended family and dear friends who were fortunate enough to know him.

Denis will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. May he rest peacefully, surrounded by the love he gave so freely to others.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 10th at 10am at St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham, followed an interment at Woodbrook Cemetery in Woburn.
