Edna Santilli

Edna L. Santilli (O'Brien), 92, of Lynnfield passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021, at her residence in Lynnfield.

Edna was born in Chelsea on December 30,1928 and was the daughter of the late Richard and Mildred (Walls) O'Brien.

Edna was raised in Chelsea and was a graduate of Chelsea High School. She worked at the former Colonial Hotel in Lynnfield and was a member at St. Adelaide Church in Peabody. She had been a resident of Lynnfield since 1969.

She was the beloved wife of the late Edmund Santilli. She was the loving mother of Claire Santilli of Lynnfield, Robert Santilli of Lynnfield, Richard Santilli of North Reading and Jean Foresteire of Lynnfield. She was the cherished grandmother of Robert, Jr., Lisa, Lauren, Katie and Joseph and great grandmother of Emma. She was the sister of John O'Brien and the late Richard, James, Thomas and Charles O'Brien.

Her Funeral will be celebrated in St. Adelaide Church, 708 Lowell St, Peabody on Wednesday November 10 at 10:30 am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield prior to the mass from 9-10am. Interment will follow at Puritan Lawn Cemetery.
