Elizabeth Sicari

Elizabeth Sicari , 79 of Wakefield died Monday April 15, at the Lowell General Hospital.

Born in Boston, February 4, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Rose (Beatrice) Kootz.

Elizabeth was a graduate of East Boston High School class of 1952. She was a member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church. She had been a Wakefield resident for the past 46 years. Elizabeth enjoyed taking trips to Foxwoods.

She was the wife of the late Anthony Sicari , and is survived by her 2 children; Anthony J. Sicari and wife Debbie of Billerica, and Karen R. Higgins and husband Bob of Chelmsford, her brother Larry Kootz of Winthrop and her 4 grandchildren, Victoria, Christina, James, and Katie. She was preceded in death by her 2 brothers Frank and Pat Scopa.

The funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.

Interment, Forest Glade Cemetery.
