Evelyn A. Berardinangelo, age 87, of Wakefield passed away at Lowell General Hospital on November 22, 2025. She was born in Wakefield on October 27, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Melbourne and Leah (Deveau) Doucette.

Evelyn was raised and educated in Wakefield, she left high school early to marry Alderio Berardinangelo after having met him at a school bus stop. The two enjoyed a beautiful marriage during which they welcomed six children and happily raised them in Wakefield. She was a member of both St. Joseph Church and Most Blessed Sacrament Parish. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and travel. She most enjoyed her trip to Italy to visit family in Succiano and visits to Nova Scotia, Canada to see her grandparents. She loved hosting her family for holidays, most especially Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

She was the beloved wife of the late Alderio F. Berardinangelo, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage. She was the loving mother of Robin Falabella and her husband Peter of Ipswich, Diane Belanger of Lowell, Lisa Babcock and her husband Bob of Freemont, NH, Michael Berardinangelo and his wife Jenn Kilts of Methuen, Kenneth Berardinangelo and his wife Courtney of Danville, NH and AnnMarie Calvagna of Litchfield, NH. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was the sister of Pauline Brown of Wakefield and the late Joseph, Paul, Melbourne Jr., Thomas and Norman Doucette.

Her Funeral Services will be private. Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
