Grace L. Costanza

Grace Louise Costanza, age 80, of Lynnfield, MA passed away, surrounded by family, on Friday, July 24, 2026 from complications of Alzheimer's disease at Sunrise Assisted Living in Lynnfield, MA. 

She was predeceased by her husband Edmond Costanza of Lynnfield, MA and her parents Mathew Greer and Shirley Kaczor, both of Malden, MA.

 Grace is survived by her brother Charles Greer of North Reading, MA, her daughters Lisa Geiselman and husband Ted of Southport, NC, Karen Greenstein of Lynnfield, MA, and her son Craig Coggswell and his wife Jeanine of Malden, MA. 

She was the loving grandmother of Sarah Geiselman, Emily Geiselman, Zachary Geiselman, Brandon Greenstein, Dylan Greenstein, Ryan Coggswell and Hannah Coggswell all of whom brought her immense pride and joy. 

Grace will be remembered for her quiet, gentle strength, generous heart and unconditional love for her family and friends. Her love and the examples she set will live on through her children, grandchildren and all who were fortunate enough to know her. 

In accordance with Graces wishes, services will be private. Arrangements were in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.
