John Bennett

John N. Bennett, 66, a life long resident of Stoneham died on Monday, December 31 at his home.

Born in Stoneham on October 21, 1946 he was the son of the late Joseph N. and Frances (Doucette) Bennett.

John was a graduate of Stoneham High School, Class of 1964. He had worked as a custodian at the Stoneham High School. John was also a member of the Historical Construction Equipment Association.

He was the brother of Judi Gandolfo and her husband Dante of Londonderry, NH, nephew of Henrietta Whitehouse of Stoneham and Isabelle Doucette of Wakefield and uncle of Melissa and Chris Gandolfo.

A funeral service will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Friday at 1 p.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home prior to the service starting at 10 a.m.

Memorial may be made to the Stoneham High School, 149 Franklin St., Stoneham, MA 02180.
