John Connolly

John Connolly of Wakefield, died June 15, 2023.  

Born August 26, 1934, in Melrose, MA to Catherine (Brennan) and William Connolly. 

John is survived by two brothers, James Connolly of Apex, NC,  and Francis Connolly of Melrose. He was predeceased by his brothers William, Joseph, and Paul and his sister Catherine.  

Husband of the late Joyce (Decker) Connolly. Beloved father of Mark Connolly and his wife Carolann of Reading, Michelle Connolly of Peabody, and Kevin Connolly and his wife Kate of Harvard. John (aka Papa) is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, Ryan of Reading, Brennan of San Diego, CA,  Sean of Bristol, RI, and Mckenna and Leah of Harvard. 

Funeral services will be private.
