Laura Kelly

Laura Kelly, age 83 of Rye, NH, formerly of Lynnfield, passed away on Sunday December 14, 2025 at her home in Rye, NH.

She was born in Queens, NY and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Adele (Mannerini) Renna.

Laura was first and foremost an adoring and dedicated mother and joyful loving grandmother to four amazing girls. She took selfless pride in her sons and put them first in everything she did. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1971, Laura defined strength, resilience, dignity and perseverance. She had a zest for life and never allowed MS to hold her back. Those blessed to know her instantly witnessed her relentless spirit and devotion to family and friends. She touched the hearts of so many souls whether they knew her for a lifetime or for just a few precious moments in time. She was a tenacious warrior of life and example of unsurpassed human perseverance that never hesitated to offer her wisdom, generosity or love to anyone who crossed her shining path in life.

She was the loving mother of Brandon Kelly and his wife Rebecca of Newbury, and Scott Kelly and his late wife Patricia of Hampton Falls, NH and grandmother to Jenna, Sophie, Megan and Tabitha Kelly.

Her Funeral Services will be private and are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield. A mass and celebration of life will follow in the Spring of 2026.
