Born in Everett, MA she was the daughter of the late Ret. Commander, U.S. Navy, Alvin B. and Harriett (True) Grissman.
Ms.
Lacey
served in the U.S. Marine Corp. Women's Reserve from 1943 – to 1945 and was stationed in Japan, Washington and California. Ms.
Lacey
was a member of the Women Marine's Association in Washington D.C.
She is survived by her two nephews, Kay Juel III of Manchester-By-the-Sea, MA and Richard Juel of Clinton, CT. and 9 grand nieces and nephews. Ms.
Lacey
was predeceased by her sister, Louise Juel of Lynnfield, MA and niece, Sarah van Benten, of Needham, MA.
Services will be private followed by internment in the veteran's section of Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.
