Louise Lyons

Louise I. Lyons, 100, of Wakefield died Sunday, September 7 at the Elmhurst Nursing Home in Melrose.

Born in Boston on September 2, 1908 she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Josephine Masi.

Mrs. Lyons had been a Wakefield resident since 1952. She was a native of Everett and was a graduate of Everett High School. She was a member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Wakefield.

Mrs. Lyons was the wife of the late Thomas J. Lyons, sister of the late John Masi, Anthony Masi, Mary Fabbo, Josephine Massucco and Dorothy Oliveri. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and her close friend Clare Croce of Wakefield.

A funeral mass will be celebrated in the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield on Tuesday at 12 noon. Relatives and friends may call at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield Tuesday morning prior to the mass from 10:30 to 11:30 AM.

Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
