Michael Doto

Michael Franco Doto, 33, of Lynnfield, died on Friday, November 28 in Lynnfield.

Born in Melrose on August 17, 1981 he was the beloved son of Michael and Nancy L. (Hook) Doto of Lynnfield.

Michael was raised in Lynnfield and was a graduate of Lynnfield High School, Class of 2000. While in high school, he was a member of both the football and hockey teams. Michael then graduated from Stonehill College in 2004 and went on to work as a Seafood Manager at the family business, James Hook & Company of Boston. He enjoyed spending his summers in Maine and was an avid New England sports fan.

In addition to his parents, Michael is survived by his loving brother Alessandro E. Doto of Lynnfield, his maternal grandmother Joan Mulkerrin of Lynnfield, and his paternal grandmother Carmela Doto of Somerville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Michael's funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., at 10 o'clock. A visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4 to 8pm. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Lynnfield.
