Rita Janvrin

Rita M. Janvrin, 92, of Wakefield died on Tuesday, January 3 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Born on Boston on September 15, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Alfred J. and Malvina (Comtois) Livernois.

Mrs. Janvrin had been a Wakefield resident for the past 75 years. She had retired in 1989 as an Administrator for Curley Insurance. Mrs. Janvrin was a Member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Wakefield and was also a member of the Women's Guild at the church. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and reading.

Mrs. Janvrin is survived by her two sons; Lee Janvrin and his wife Norma of Dedham and Paul Janvrin of Wakefield, her two daughters; Claire M. Janvrin and her husband John Enos of Wilmington and Marie J. Ford and her husband Wayne of Wakefield and her beloved niece Judith Robinson andher husband Edward. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 3 great nieces and her great nephew. Mrs. Janvrin was predeceased by her sister Viorene Styles.

Funeral service will be private.

Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home in Wakefield.
