Robert Fotino

Robert D . Fotino , 53, of Culver City, CA and formerly of Wakefield died suddenly November 24.

Mr. Fotino was raised in Wakefield and was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1976 and later graduated from ITT Tech of Woburn. He had been a California resident for the past 30 years. He had been employed for many years with the Los Angeles International Airport. He was an avid Boston Sports fan.

Mr. Fotino is survived by his son Kristopher Fotino and his stepdaughter Julie Mena both of California. He was the son of Rosemarie (Cieri) Fotino of Wakefield and the late Robert A. Fotino . He was the brother of John (Jack) Fotino of North Andover, Joseph Fotino of AZ, Kenneth Fotino of Methuen, Cheryl Giles of Wakefield and Patrice Fotino of NH. He was also survived by his grandchildren Adrian and Emily.

A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield on Monday at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield, on Sunday from 2 to 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Robert A. Fotino Family Scholarship Fund, c/o Wakefield CSF, P.O. Box 321, Wakefield, MA 01880.
