Robert Guertin

Robert T . Guertin , 81, a former Wakefield resident died Tuesday, October 5 in Salem after a long period of failing health.

Mr. Guertin was born in Hartford, CT on November 16, 1928 and was raised there. He was a W.W. II Army veteran and worked for many years as a truck driver.

Mr. Guertin is survived by his two sons, Stephen P. Guertin of Wakefield and Robert T . Guertin , Jr. of FL. He was the grandfather of David, Scott & Derek Guertin and Jillian Savage. He was also the great grandfather of Jayna Savage.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Veterans Administration National Cemetery of Massachusetts in Bourne on Friday October 8 at 9:30 a.m.

Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home.
