Rose Pignone

Rose Pignone (Tae Pok Ro), age 87 of Stoneham, MA, passed away on Saturday August 15th in her home after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She served as a Stoneham Police Department Traffic Director for 40 years. She showed her love by sharing her passions for cooking, baking, knitting and above all else, her very popular garden. She was loved by everyone whose lives she touched.

She was the beloved wife of the late Frank P. Pignone Jr, mother of Frank P. Pignone III and his wife Kristen of Londonderry, NH, and John Pignone and his wife Rachel of Stoneham, MA. She is also survived by her grandchildren Serina Brenner and their husband Eric Warner of NH, Jessika Pignone and her fiancé Zach Strack of SC, and Derik Pignone of NH.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan-Anderson Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham from 4 to 7 pm on Wednesday, August 26. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham on Thursday August 27 at 10:00 a.m. Interment, St. Patrick Cemetery, Stoneham.
