Sharon J. Christie

Sharon J. Christie of Stoneham died Wednesday January 29, 2025, at the Bear Hill Nursing Center. She was 72 years old. 

Sharon was born in Malden on April 6, 1952, and was the daughter of the late Earl and Dorothy (Taylor) Christie. 

She was a lifelong Stoneham resident and was a graduate of Stoneham High School. She was a beloved Nurses Assistant the Bear Hill Nursing Center, and the Aberjona Nursing Center. She was also a well-known fixture at the Dunkin Donuts where she worked for many years. She was also an avid reader and lover of animals. 

She was the beloved mother of Janet Goodwin of Stoneham and Julie Ridings and her husband Keith of Laconia, NH. She is the sister of Donna G. Clark of Michigan and the late Earl, Jr, Daniel, Thomas and Jacqueline Christie. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. 

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Finnegan-Anderson Funeral Home 322 Main Street Stoneham on Friday February 7 from 11am until 1pm. A Graveside Service will follow at Lindenwood Cemetery in Stoneham.
