Susan Arnold

Susan L . Arnold , 53, of Wakefield died Sunday, December 21 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in Melrose.

Born in Salem on April 17, 1955 she was the daughter of Erwin Bishop of Salem and the late Florence M. (Serwatka).

Mrs. Arnold had been a Wakefield resident for the past 27 years. She was a graduate of Salem High School, Class of 1973 and Catherine Gibbs School of Business, Class of 1975. Mrs. Arnold had worked for The Prudential Company from 1975 to 1986.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Arnold is survived by her husband Robert F. Arnold . She was the mother of Lindsy B. Arnold and Robert B. Arnold both of Wakefield, daughter-in-law of Robert H. and Edith Arnold of Arlington, sister-in-law of Constance Ramsauer of Wellesley and Richard Arnold of Southboro and cousin of Chester and Irene Bishop of Rowley, Sarah Bishop of Haverhill and Lauren Bishop of Medford.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Monday at 9AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church 173 Albion St, Wakefield at 10 AM. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-6 PM. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Wakefield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Oncology Department, 41 Mall Rd, Burlington, MA 01803
