Vincent Vadala

Vincent Vadala , age 91 of Stoneham died January 28 in Wakefield after a long period of failing health. He was born in Boston on August 12, 1923 and was the son of the late Thomas and Annie (Corrao) Vadala . Mr.Vadala was a long time Stoneham resident and was retired from the Town of Stoneham, Department of Public Works.

Mr. Vadala was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Riga) Vadala . He was the loving father of the late C. Ann Johnson. He is survived by his two grandsons: Frederick Johnson, Jr. of Reading and Jeffrey Johnson of Salisbury, and his three great grandchildren: Nick Johnson, Brody Johnson, and Hailey Johnson. Also his brother Guy Vadala of Revere and his son in-law Frederick Johnson of Amesbury.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated in the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home 322 Main St. Stoneham on Thursday February 5 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 10:00. Interment will be private.
