William Cronin

William E. Cronin of Wakefield and Haverhill died Monday September 8 in Haverhill at age 56. Born in Winchester, MA on April 26, 1952 he was the son of the late John G. & Mary L. (Jack) Cronin. Mr. Cronin was raised in Wakefield and attended Wakefield schools. He later was employed by the Town of Wakefield, Department of Public Works and then for the Diamond Drywall Company of Haverhill.

Mr. Cronin is survived by his three brothers, John G. Cronin, Jr. of Quincy, Edward F. Cronin and Stephen D. Cronin of Wakefield. Also his four sisters, Patricia A. Driscoll of Reading, Janice M. Cronin-Musemci of Kingston, NH, Marcia C. Gallagher and Ann M. Cronin of Haverhill. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield Thursday at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 11:00. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday 4-8 PM
