William E. "Billy" Veno

William E. (Billy) Veno a lifetime resident of Wakefield, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on May 7, 2025. 

Born on January 31,1966 and was the son of William H. Veno of Wakefield, and the late Susan (Weadick) Veno. 

Billy was the nephew of Helena Enos, Larry Veno, Carol Lu and the late Edgar Veno, Evelyn Pettigrew, Dorothy Whitcomb and Dennis Weadick. He is also survived by many cousins and friends. Billy attended Austin Prep and Wakefield High School, where he played hockey and baseball. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, and served from 1985 - 1989.  Billy was the owner of Veno Landscaping of Wakefield for many years.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 16th from 3pm to 6pm at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. At the family's request interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Billy's memory can be made to a charity of ones choice.
